This picture is from an article called “The Rescuing Hug”. The article details the first week of life of a set of twins. Each were in their respective incubators and one was not expected to live. A hospital nurse fought against the hospital rules and placed the babies in one incubator. When they were placed together, the healthier of the two, threw an arm over her sister in an endearing embrace. The smaller baby’s heart stabilized and temperature rose to normal.

Life is so beautiful.

Root         : Kepahitan karena ditolak sejak dari kandungan. Selama lahir ke dunia tidak pernah mendapatkan kasih sayang, baik dari orangtua maupun saudara. Selalu mendapat perlakuan yang tidak adil, tidak diperhatikan dan selalu dipukul oleh orangtua terutama ibu.
Konflik   : Mulai tidak mempercayai adanya Tuhan. Salah seorang temannya mengajaknya kepada  sebuah perguruan bela diri dan kemudian mengajaknya join dengan sebuah sekte kegelapan. Disana dia belajar tiga tahun untuk bisa membunuh orang yang paling dibencinya yaitu ibu kandungnya sendiri.

Turning Point  : Di malam dia akan membunuh ibunya, dia bertemu denganYesus. Dia mendapatkan satu kebenaran yaitu tentang pengampunan. Dan dia pun tidak jadi membunuh ibunya dan berbalik untuk mengikuti Tuhan Yesus.

Transformasi   : Memiliki hubungan yang sangat baik dengan ibu sebagai pembimbingnya baik jasmani dan rohaninya.

Sekarang   :   Dengan keahlian yang dimiliki dalam bidang ‘dance’ dan tarik suara, sudah melanglangbuana bersama artis Agnes Monica sebagai penari latar dari tahun 2001. Tetap aktif menyuarakan kebenaran dari apa yg dialami di gereja-gereja dan lingkungan dimana pun dia berada.

Sebuah kenyataan pahit harus dialami oleh Leah ketika di masa kecilnya dia tidak pernah mendapatkan sedikitpun keadilan atau kasih dari keluarganya sendiri. Orangtuanya tidak henti-hentinya memukulnya baik perkara dia salah atau tidak. Leah kecil lama-lama menyimpan sebuah dendam. Awalnya dendamnya hanya ingin membalas perbuatan ibunya saja, tapi ketika tanpa disadari tempat dia belajar ilmu beladiri mengajarkannya ilmu kegelapan, ada hasrat besar dalam diri Leah selain untuk membalas ibunya, yaitu membunuh. Disana dia belajar mati-matian, agar keinginanya bisa tercapai. Namun, rencananya digagalkan langsung oleh Tuhan Yesus. Leah menyerah dan kemudian memberikan sepenuh hidupnya kepada Yesus, sekalipun dia harus membayar banyak untuk itu...
